We are not here to build yet another boring fucking website. This is not some run-of-the-mill startup cranking out an app no one will care about in five years. What we are building does not exist anywhere else.
We are competing at the frontier of technology. This is where the boundaries of what is known are pushed forward. This is where we take what others call impossible and make it real.
Most engineers will spend their careers solving small problems inside safe, predictable companies. They will build CRUD apps, optimize dashboards, and spend years shaving milliseconds by writing better database queries. That is not why you are here.
If you want to work on something that already exists, if you want to build slightly better versions of things the world already has, leave now.
We are here to invent. To create. To redefine industries. To build at the edge of science and technology, where few dare to operate.
I have built and scaled products that touch billions of people. Working alongside the best, I helped build Windows, WhatsApp, Twitter, and more. The people I learnt from, and the people I hired and trained are not just programmers. They are today the architects of the digital world.

Your compensation is designed to be competitive enough to eliminate distractions, not pamper you. You are not here to retire on the salary. That comes later, when your equity is worth more than you ever imagined.
If you are thinking about compensation in terms of salary alone, you are thinking too small. This is an investment in your future.
If you commit for four years, at least one of two things will happen. You will be rich. Or, at the very least, you will become one of the most highly sought-after engineers in the world.
And if, for some reason, this company does not make you wealthy, I will personally ensure your time here was worth it. I will train you to operate at an elite level. I will open doors for you that most engineers will never even know exist. If you want to start your own company, I will teach you how. If you want to work at any top company, I will personally write you a recommendation that will carry weight.
I have no patience for excuses, slow execution, or people who need constant hand-holding. If you are here, you figure things out. If something is broken, you fix it. If you don’t know how, you learn. If you get stuck, you move heaven and earth to get unstuck.
This is not a 9-to-5. Core working hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and secondary hours for critical discussions are from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. You are fully present. Your phone is on ringer. You respond to messages unless you are unconscious. Speed matters. The difference between winning and losing is measured in milliseconds.
